Simple Login bounced emails

Hi,

I have received a message from simplelogin indicating that there is a bounced email in quarantine because my mailbox service (protonmail) thinks the email is spam. In order to avoid this in the future, simplelogin solution is to create a filter within my mailbox service: How to set up filter in ProtonMail (youtube.com)

If, in order to sort them in different folders, I have other filters that apply to the emails that come from simplelogin, will setting up the filter of the video (to avoid flagging them as spam) override my original filters (and in so all the emails will appear in the inbox instead of in their corresponding folders)?
