Have a premium account and added new mailbox in SimpleLogin. Waiting to receive a verification email and is not coming. Deleted the new mailbox per the site instructions and tried again. Same result - no verification email is being sent to the default email address. What can I do?
I’d suggest to contact the support in that case with the new mailbox address so we can investigate in the log. A verification email should be sent to the new mailbox address and not the account address.
