New login mail extension and a mail field difference

So one question that has been bugging me.

If I have a new sign in for some service lets say “blue” and my domain is @domain.com, if I initiate new alias from the extension on the browser I get blue@domain.com which I really really like. But If I click on SL sign in the mail field it goes wild and gives me anything@domain.com. How do I set it up to do the same as extension?

The “one click” alias creation makes sure that the alias is unique by appending random letters to the website name, so for example instead of blue@domain.com, it suggests blue.12345@domain.com

This is a tradeoff we take between convenience and the risk of conflict between aliases :slight_smile:
